Brian Norman born in 1995, professionally known as Yung Slim, is an American rapper and songwriter originally from Plymouth, North Carolina. Yung Slim receiving recognition as an artist began in 2013 while attending Elizabeth City State University, giving him the confidence to pursue a career in music professionally.

Yung Slim’s entertainment background consists of always having a passion for creating music and drawing.  Being a grade A student throughout school, Yung Slim understood how education could assist him throughout life.  The music in his headphones helped him get away from the world and cultivated his talent as a songwriter.
